Membership & Billing

Forex University (“FXU”) is a subscription-based program.
Your membership price depends on the offer or promotion available at the time you enroll.

Standard Membership Pricing

The regular membership rate is $97/month.

Holiday Promotional Rates (Black Friday/Cyber Monday Only)

During special promotional periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, FXU may offer discounted introductory rates (e.g., $47/month or $57/month).

These promotional prices are limited-time offers and may only apply to new members who enroll during the promotional window.

After the promotional period ends, the membership returns to the standard rate of $97/month for new customers.

Price Lock Guarantee

If you enroll during a promotional period, your price is locked in for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.

If you cancel your membership and rejoin later, you will be billed at the current rate available at that time.

Lifetime Membership Option

FXU may offer an optional Lifetime Membership for a one-time payment.

Lifetime Membership is a single purchase that removes future monthly billing.

“Lifetime” refers to the longevity of the Forex University program under Ricky Haggerty.

If FXU is paused, upgraded, or relaunched, your lifetime access will apply to any future version of the mentorship that replaces the current program.

Lifetime Membership does not imply the program will exist forever or that FXU guarantees ongoing future mentorship sessions.

Billing & Renewals

All monthly memberships auto-renew every 30 days until canceled.

You can cancel at any time inside your account settings.

Canceling stops future billing, but does not refund previous charges.

By enrolling, you agree to the price, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms that apply at the time of purchase.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable due to instant digital access.
